Pick up Information

Q: Will the driver come to my door to pick me up?

A: Our driver will be waiting for in the car. He will arrive 10 min. before pick up time and will notify you with the text message. Please step out whenever you will be ready. Our policy includes up to 15 min of wait time. That means you will have up to 25 min. for all your loading procedures.

Q: Will the driver track my arrival time?

A: Our dispatchers always track all flights in live time. Does not matter if it will arrive early or late please be sure that upon your arrival driver will be waiting at the limo parking. Please turn on your cell phone as soon as possible. After your flight lands our chauffeur will send you a text message with his direct phone number, so if you will have difficulties finding a parking lot or expecting delays at baggage area just give driver a call.

Q: Where should I meet my chauffeur when I am arriving at the Boston Logan Airport (BOS)?

A: Your driver will be waiting you at the limo parking lot. He will be holding a greeting sign with your name on it.

 

For Terminal A: If you flying with Alaska Airlines, Delta Airlines, Delta Shuttle (LaGuardia), or Sun Country then you should arrive at Terminal A. To meet your chauffeur please proceed to level 1 (baggage claim area). Step outside the terminal and walk across 3 driveways (about 150 feet) to the Limo parking lot. It is the most distant one. Your driver will meet you there.

For Terminal B: If you flying with US Airways, American Airlines, PenAir, Spirit Airlines, United Airline, Virgin America, or Air Canada then you will arrive at Terminal B. To meet your chauffeur please proceed to level 1 (baggage claim area). Step outside the terminal and walk across the driveway inside the garage.  Your driver will be waiting you there with the greeting sign.

For Terminal C: If you flying with Cape Air, Emirates, or JetBlue airlines then you will arrive at Terminal C. To meet your chauffeur please proceed on level 2 (one level up from baggage claim area). Step outside the terminal and walk across 2 driveways (about 100 feet) to the Limo parking lot. Your driver will be waiting you with the greeting sign.

For Terminal E: If you flying with SouthWest Airlines, AirTren, or Porter, or if you arriving on an international flight then you will land at the Terminal E. To meet your chauffeur please proceed to level 1 (baggage claim area). Step outside and walk across 2 driveways (about 100 feet) to the Limo parking lot. Your driver will be waiting you with the greeting sign.

Q: My flight is getting late! What should I do?

A: Please do not worry about delays. We track all the flight information in live time. We will send out the car exactly at the time of your arrival. In case your flight will be canceled give us a call @ (857) 203-1077 and we will reschedule your ride.

Q: It takes me tool long to pass the control, what should I do?

A: Do not worry. We anticipate the delays. Our policy include 30 min for local and 1 hour for international flights wait time. Your driver will appreciate a call or text message from you.
